This program is rooted in behavior change science and the principals of lifestyle medicine. It is the only health coach certification accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies, considered the gold standard in health and fitness.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
This certification is anchored in the most current and highest quality evidence-based exercise science fundamentals. It provides knowledge and skill in designing and applying exercise programs based on my client's needs and goals to improve and maintain health, fitness, weight, body composition and metabolism. A certified personal trainer, like me, can apply client centered methodologies and exercise programs and progressions to help my clients reach their goals. This program is also NCCA Accredited.

As a Size Inclusive Fitness Specialist, I've gained the tools and strategies to serve a vastly underserved population—helping larger-bodied individuals feel empowered, included, and motivated to embrace movement for the long-term. This program has equipped me to guide clients toward better health and a positive relationship with exercise, without focusing on weight loss.

ACE Behavior Change Specialist
This specialist designation provides education in helping my clients recognize counterproductive behaviors and discover new methods to move more, eat better and make healthier decisions for themselves and their families using cognitive behavior change theories and techniques. A behavior change specialist, like me, can help clients learn, grow and alter the trajectory of their lives by becoming stronger, increasing energy, reducing disease and developing healthier habits
ACE Senior Fitness Specialist
This specialist designation takes a holistic approach to health and fitness, combining rapport-building, behavior change, motivations and adherence, with nutrition and training modifications that help older clients get more active, and moving toward better health. Ace Senior Fitness Specialists, such as myself, use comprehensive exercise progressions for core, balance, lower and upper body strength, whole-body movements and effective stretching to help my older clients gain strength and vitality while warding off inactive-related diseases.

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical, mental and emotional health outcomes. I believe wellness is a human right and am dedicated to teaching the basic steps to increase wellness holistically.
